Responsibilities:

Maintain records of company assets and administrative documents.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
Support operational needs such as company vehicles and business trips.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the workplace.
Assist in organizing company activities or events.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Management, Administration, or related fields.
Experience in General Affairs will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
Strong administrative and documentation management skills.
Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
