Job Summary:

General Affair Staff is responsible for managing office facilities, company assets, and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office facilities and equipment.
  • Monitor and ensure office operational activities run smoothly.
  • Maintain records of company assets and administrative documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
  • Support operational needs such as company vehicles and business trips.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the workplace.
  • Assist in organizing company activities or events.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably in Management, Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in General Affairs will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Strong administrative and documentation management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
